In this role, your primary responsibilities will include facilitating the client change process, from identification to implementation planning and monitoring. You will provide vital support to clients throughout the delivery of change requests, ensuring clear communication on progress and issues. Furthermore, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure changes are fit for purpose and ready for adoption into production. As a Client Change Analyst, you will play a crucial role in planning and controlling the change request delivery process across internal Securities Services (SSv) teams. Building key relationships with internal stakeholders and enhancing change request processes to deliver an efficient and cost-effective service will be essential. Additionally, you will need to stay updated on market initiatives and changes to legislation in Financial Services. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in client change/project management in Securities Services within the financial services industry. An understanding of business change techniques, project management approaches, and strong analytic and decision-making abilities are required. Experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and a team player mindset are also essential qualities sought for this role. Previous experience with Aladdin/Multifonds is advantageous.
