Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new client companies requiring recruitment services

Pitch and present manpower solutions to HR heads and hiring managers

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms

Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets

Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction

Required Skills:

Proven experience in B2B sales or client acquisition (Preferably Recruitment industry)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong network with HR professionals or corporate clients

Self-driven with ability to meet targets

Preferred Experience: 15 years in client acquisition, preferably in recruitment or staffing firms.

Location: New Town - Kolkata

Shift Timing:10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary: 35000-50000
