As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be the frontline growth driver, responsible for turning leads into meaningful conversations, conversations into appointments, and appointments into qualified revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Spectrum Sales Ownership: Take leads from first contact to closure — managing discovery, consultation, proposal, and deal finalization.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client goals, pain points, and desired outcomes to position ProtonX Media’s offerings as the best-fit solution.
  • Pipeline Intelligence: Track, prioritize, and manage opportunities through the sales funnel using CRM tools and structured follow-up processes.
  • Value Communication: Confidently discuss pricing, ROI, and deliverables while anchoring conversations on value, not discounts.

Negotiation & Conversion: Skillfully handle objections, lead negotiations, and drive prospects to confident, timely decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is an advantage)
  • Experience in closing B2B leads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
