Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Acquisition Associate, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, developing sales strategies, and establishing strong relationships. Additional tasks include presenting solutions tailored to client needs, maintaining records of leads and negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of the organization while promoting innovative educational solutions to schools and institutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management tools, and business development processes.
  • Prior experience in market research an ability to identify client needs and offer solutions effectively.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and capability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with EdTech or SaaS products is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
