Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Acquisition Specialist at our Jaipur location. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Tasks include managing client communications, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve company objectives.

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Previous experience in client acquisition in a recruitment agency or sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
