As an Associate Vice President / Vice President of Client Account Management, you will play a crucial role in translating account strategy into actionable plans to deliver the best services for our clients. You will be responsible for leading core account operations, curating solutions, and driving profitable growth within the industries you are assigned to. Your primary focus will be on enhancing efficiencies and implementing best practices to cater to our key clients in these industries. Your passion for serving internal account teams and dedication to strengthening relationships with our most important clients will be instrumental in achieving our organizational goals. Building strong relationships and credibility with internal clients, along with being self-motivated, proactive, innovative, and a collaborative team player, are essential qualities for success in this role. In addition, you will need to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in conceptualizing operational plans to execute account-specific strategies, including communication and relationship strategies. Proficiency in research utilizing databases such as Factiva, Hoovers, One Source, etc., is a key requirement for this role. You should have comprehensive experience in account management, encompassing account operations, planning, leadership, strategy enablement, growth, market mapping, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement. An excellent executive presence is also essential to effectively represent the organization. Moreover, your experience in team management, particularly handling approximately 100 members in your current organization, and expertise in performance management will be valuable assets in this position. The ideal candidate should hold an MBA/PGDM full-time degree with 18-21 years of relevant experience. This role offers a competitive compensation package of 64-68 LPA with a 20% variable component. The job location is in Hyderabad & Bengaluru, and the shift timings are from 2 pm to 11 pm.
