Job Description

The responsibilities of this position include organizing the office and assisting associates in optimizing procedures, sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner, creating and updating accurate records, scheduling and planning meetings and appointments, monitoring supplies and handling shortages, resolving office-related malfunctions, coordinating with other departments to ensure policy compliance, maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues, and performing receptionist duties as required. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in a relevant administrative role, knowledge of back-office computers, proficiency in office equipment, a thorough understanding of office management procedures, excellent organizational and time management skills, a typing speed of 25 - 30 words per minute in Hindi & English, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and must be local to Bhopal and available to join immediately.
