Clearance & Settlement / Trade Operations & Settlements

As a Clearance & Settlement / Trade Operations & Settlements Advisor, your role involves executing and monitoring equity, ETF, and crypto trades based on client or internal mandates. Your responsibilities also include coordinating with exchanges, brokers, and custodians to ensure timely and accurate trade settlement. You will be tasked with reconciling trades, positions, and funds to promptly resolve any breaks or mismatches. Additionally, you will monitor settlement cycles such as T+1/T+2 and manage exceptions or pending trades while ensuring compliance with NISM guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and monitor equity, ETF, and crypto trades as per client or internal mandates - Coordinate with exchanges, brokers, and custodians for timely and accurate trade settlement - Reconcile trades, positions, and funds to resolve breaks or mismatches promptly - Monitor settlement cycles (T+1/T+2) and manage exceptions or pending trades - Maintain accurate records and reports for audit, compliance, and internal review - Handle trade processing, trade settlements, and equity settlements across markets - Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and internal teams to resolve settlement breaks - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and operational SOPs Qualifications Required: - At least 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory - Graduates and undergraduates can apply In this role, you will be part of the Customer Support department in Finance & Investment on a full-time, permanent basis. The work location is in person.
