Job Description

You will be responsible for Clearance & Brokerage Operations, Brokerage Admin Services, Clearance Customer Service, Cage Handling, Export Controls, Customer Services, Clearance Regulatory, Clearance Admin Inbound/ Outbound, and Customer Service at Grade 5 level. Your main role will involve completing defined processes and procedures accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. You will need to identify anomalies and apply judgement based on established rules and procedures to resolve issues. For complex matters, you may need to escalate them to senior team members. Your key skills for this role should include Accuracy & Attention to Detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office & PC Skills, strong Planning & Organizing Skills, Numerical Skills, and excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
