Role & responsibilities Execute and manage Clearance & Brokerage Operations, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards. Perform Brokerage Administration Services, including data entry, document handling, and record maintenance, with a strong focus on accuracy and detail. Deliver high-quality Clearance Customer Service by responding to client inquiries and resolving clearance issues efficiently and professionally. Handle Cage operations, ensuring proper documentation, secure processing, and compliance with internal controls. Support Cross Border Custom Clearance procedures (face-to-face and online), ensuring full adherence to customs regulations and company policies. Identify and resolve anomalies using established rules and procedures; escalate complex issues to senior team members as appropriate. Collaborate with Supply Chain Solutions & Engineering teams to optimize clearance processes and improve service delivery. Ensure all Clearance Regulatory and Admin activities are carried out in line with internal protocols and external legal requirements. Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Utilize Microsoft Office and general PC skills to prepare reports, maintain records, and support operational tasks with high attention to detail. Preferred candidate profile Have relevant experience in Customs clearance for atleast 5 to 6 years. Customs Regulation. G Card holder.
