Cleaning Supervisor cum Driver

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Drive company van to pick up and drop cleaning team at client locations
• Stay on-site throughout the cleaning job and coordinate team timing
• Communicate with clients for basic instructions and feedback
• Ensure team discipline, time tracking, and checklist completion
• Report daily job status to management via WhatsApp/Google Form
• Occasionally assist team during urgent work situations

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (often goes beyond 7:00 PM on busy days)
• 6 Days a Week (1 weekly off)

Salary & Perks

• ₹18,000–₹19,000 Base Salary
• ₹150/day late duty allowance (post 7 PM)
• ₹500 weekly bonus for full attendance & punctuality

Requirements

• Valid 4-wheeler driving license (LMV/Commercial)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in field work or team handling
• Plus Two pass/Degree
• Must be physically fit and disciplined
• Should be willing to travel and work extra hours when needed
• Must speak Malayalam (Basic English a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
