About the Role We’re looking for a smart, friendly, and reliable female assistant to join our photography studio in Kottayam. The role is a mix of studio support + client communication. You will work directly from our photography studio. Responsibilities Assist during product and jewelry photography shoots Make cold calls and follow-ups to prospective clients (product sellers, jewelers, brands) Send and manage cold Instagram DMs to generate leads Maintain basic records in Google Sheets Help organize the studio space and props Requirements Female candidates only Basic communication skills in Malayalam & English Interest in photography, creativity, or branding is a bonus Should be reliable, organized, and confident talking to people Prior experience in telecalling or photography is a plus , but not mandatory (training will be provided) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Experience: Tele Calling: 1 year (Preferred) Photography: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
