Social Media Videographer & Editor

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative and energetic Videographer + Editor who can bring stories to life through visuals. You’ll be working on-site at Clean Warks (home & commercial cleaning services) to shoot real cleaning transformations, behind-the-scenes moments, and client reels. You’ll also assist with product and project videos for CCTVPROS (security systems brand) and occasionally help create vlog-style content for YouTube and Instagram.

This is a hands-on, creative position for someone who loves filming, editing, and creating engaging short-form content that gets attention online.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional-quality video content at job sites (homes, offices, CCTV installations, etc.)
• Plan and shoot engaging reels for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Edit footage into polished videos using transitions, subtitles, and sound effects.
• Create thumbnails, social-media-ready clips, and story highlights.
• Work closely with the owner to develop creative content ideas and brand stories.
• Occasionally assist with vlog shoots, product videos, and promotional shoots.

Requirements

• Experience with shooting and editing videos (DSLR/Mirrorless preferred).
• Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut PC).
• Ability to create short-form content that looks good and performs well on Instagram & YouTube.
• Must be comfortable shooting at different sites (Kottayam, Kochi area).
• Basic knowledge of lighting, sound, and composition.
• Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Social media savvy (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts trends).
• Malayalam & English communication.
• Basic graphic design or thumbnail creation.
• Interest in storytelling or vlogging is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
