Roles and Responsibilities of Office Cleaning Boy

1. Daily Cleaning & Maintenance

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum all office floors daily.
• Dust desks, furniture, shelves, and windows regularly.
• Clean and disinfect washrooms, sinks, and mirrors multiple times a day.
• Empty and dispose of trash bins properly.
• Ensure all work areas, meeting rooms, and pantry are neat and tidy.

3. Hygiene & Sanitization

• Disinfect high-touch areas (door handles, switches, desks) regularly.
• Use proper cleaning materials and ensure hygiene standards are followed.
• Report any maintenance issues (leakage, electrical faults, etc.) to admin.

4. Office Support

• Assist in basic office arrangements like moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, etc.
• Handle inward/outward couriers or documents if assigned.
• Keep restrooms stocked with soap, tissue, and other hygiene supplies.

5. Discipline & Conduct

• Maintain punctuality and follow office timings.
• Wear proper uniform and maintain personal hygiene.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions and maintain respectful behavior with staff.
• Ensure cleaning tools and materials are well maintained and properly stored.

6. Safety & Reporting

• Use cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Report any breakages, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain log of daily cleaning tasks if required by admin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
