You would be responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process for clients, ensuring seamless handling from claim intimation to settlement follow-ups. You will be the key point of contact for clients and AMCs regarding claim processes. You should be strategic and detail-oriented, ensuring timely documentation, filing, and resolution of claims while also contributing to business growth through lead generation and upselling. Job Duties and Deliverables include, but are not limited to β Constantly upgrading yourself on industry trends and claim procedures. β Managing claim intimations and ensuring accurate registration of claims. β Coordinating with AMCs for smooth claim processes and timely resolutions. β Collecting, verifying, and maintaining claim documentation from clients. β Filing all claims-related documents systematically for easy retrieval. β Proactively following up on pending claims to ensure settlement. β Identifying opportunities for lead generation and upselling additional products or services during client interactions. β Supporting other general insurance operations, including client follow-ups and coordination, as needed. Minimum Requirements β You have a bachelorβs degree in administration, commerce, or a related field. β 2-3 years of hands-on experience in insurance claims processing. β Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers. β Maintain a positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. Preferred Skills β Superior knowledge of insurance products and claim processes. β Excellent documentation and organizational skills. β Good listening ability to understand customer concerns and provide resolutions. β Ability to function independently as well as in a team. β Demonstrated conflict resolution, negotiation, and follow-up skills. β Demonstrated ownership to resolve complex claims issues, escalating when necessary. β Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule.
