Job Description

As a Claims Management Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational processes related to Reinsurance, including claims notice, collections, cash applications, premium and loss journal entries, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting. You will lead reinsurance servicing for allocated accounts, ensuring meticulous claims management and endorsements. Your role will involve evaluating Reinsurance risks, negotiating contracts, monitoring claims, and ensuring alignment of all documentation with industry and internal standards. It will also require you to liaise with Insurers, brokers, RI markets, actuarial, finance, and external partners to meet client needs, drive renewal strategies, and resolve operational challenges. In this position, you will be expected to drive operational excellence by reviewing, developing, and implementing process improvements. You will leverage analytics and best practices to maximize efficiency and optimize outcomes. Additionally, you will support strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to transformation, cost reduction, and the adoption of digital technologies. You will be responsible for designing and tracking KPIs, analyzing performance trends, identifying issues, and developing actionable insights for continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Direct all operational processes pertaining to Reinsurance - Lead reinsurance servicing for allocated accounts - Evaluate Reinsurance risks, negotiate contracts, and monitor claims - Liaise with Insurers, brokers, RI markets, actuarial, finance, and external partners - Drive operational excellence through process improvements and analytics - Support strategic initiatives and projects for transformation and cost reduction - Design and track KPIs for performance analysis and continuous improvement **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduation Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. If you possess adaptability, flexibility, problem-solving skills, prioritization abilities, and a commitment to quality, along with proficiency in reinsurance systems and data analytics tools such as SICS, SAP, Excel, and Power BI, then you are the ideal candidate for this position.,
