Claims Helpdesk Executive

You will be responsible for providing on-site support to clients as a Claims Helpdesk Executive. This role involves addressing claims-related queries, collecting necessary documents, and ensuring effective communication between clients and our internal claims team. A basic understanding of Excel and prior experience in the insurance domain are required for this position. Your key responsibilities will include visiting client offices regularly to address queries, providing guidance on reimbursement and cashless claim procedures, collecting complete and accurate documents from clients, maintaining records, and acting as a liaison between clients and the internal claims team. You will also be responsible for resolving queries, escalating complex issues when necessary, building positive client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience through professional and empathetic support. To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline, preferably in Insurance, Commerce, or related fields, along with at least 3 years of experience in the insurance domain, particularly in a helpdesk role. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with tools like Google Sheet and Airtable, and knowledge of claims management systems will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory, with additional proficiency in regional languages based on the city. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and a willingness to travel locally for client visits. Being self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision are essential traits for this position.,
