Claims Executive

As a Claims Executive (Health), your role will involve coordinating the processing, evaluating, and settling of claims for our clients. You will need to ensure that claims are handled fairly and efficiently by following company procedures and regulatory guidelines. Your exceptional organizational and communication skills will be crucial in interacting with insurance companies and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Receiving and registering claims: You will receive claim forms and necessary documents from policyholders or their representatives. - Collecting and verifying information: It will be your responsibility to gather additional information and documents required to assess the claim, such as police reports and medical records. - Claim investigation: You will investigate the circumstances of the claim to determine eligibility, assess the extent of the loss, and identify any potential red flags. - Settling claims: Negotiate with policyholders and adjusters to ensure appropriate compensation for the policyholder. - Communication and record maintenance: You will communicate with policyholders, adjusters, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about claim status and maintain accurate records of all processed claims. Qualifications: - Graduates/ Diploma in any subject - Experience in Health Claims/ Insurance field - Proficient in Microsoft Applications - Fluent in English, Malayalam & Hindi Skills: - Organizational and Communication skills - Attention to detail - Knowledge in Health Insurance - Analytical Skills In addition to the above details, the job offers a flexible schedule, health insurance benefits, and requires you to work in person on a full-time basis during day shifts.,
