Full job description Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Claims Executive (Health) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the processing, evaluating, and settling the claims of our clients. They should ensure the claims are handled fairly and efficiently, by following company procedures and regulatory guidelines. They should interact with both the insurance companies and clients, also should possess exceptional organizational and communication skills. Duties Receiving and registering claims: Receive claim forms and other necessary documents from policyholders or their representatives. Collecting and verifying information: Gather additional information and documents needed to assess the claim, such as police reports, medical records etc. Claim investigation: investigate the circumstances of the claim to determine eligibility, assess the extent of the loss, and identify any potential red flags. Settling claims: Negotiate with policyholders and adjusters ensuring that the policyholder receives the appropriate compensation . Communication and maintain records : They communicate with policyholders, adjusters, and other stakeholders to keep them informed about the status of their claims and to address any concerns. They maintain accurate and complete records of all claims processed. Qualifications Graduates/ Diploma in any subject Experience in Health Claims/ Insurance field Proficient in Microsoft Application Fluent in English, Malayalam & Hindi Skills Organizational and Communication skill Attention to detail Knowledge in Health Insurance Analytical Skill Education Graduates/ Diploma in any subject Experience Claims executive: 1 year (Preferred)/ Fresher total work: 1 year (Preferred) Languages Malayalam(required) English(required) Hindi (required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7510401002
