Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Advisor based in Noida. The Claims Advisor will be responsible for handling insurance Motor claims, managing the claims process, and ensuring timely claim resolutions. Day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients and insurance companies, reviewing claim documents, and updating claim records. Additionally, the Claims Advisor will adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements while delivering outstanding customer Qualifications Strong Communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Prior experience in voice process is a must.
