Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Claim Handler, based in Delhi, India. The Claim Handler will be responsible for reviewing marine insurance claims, assessing losses, and managing the claims process to ensure timely and accurate settlements. Key responsibilities include communication with clients and stakeholders, evaluating policy coverage, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to address claims-related issues. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Marine Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Knowledge of Marine Insurance Claims processes and procedures
• Strong Communication skills for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
• Understanding of Insurance concepts and related fields
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and resolve claims efficiently
• Experience with Marine claims handling
• Policy Reading
