Job Description

As a Civil Tendering Engineer, your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of civil and structural engineering to prepare and check Bill of Quantities (BOQ) estimates and cost estimates for civil works related to substations. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing tender documents, BOQs, and drawings - Preparing accurate quantity take-offs - Applying technical indices for buildings, towers, and substation structures It is essential that you have proficiency in using Excel for estimation purposes. You will also be required to coordinate with the engineering team, contracts department, and clients to gather technical and commercial inputs. Experience in handling EPC, item-rate, and turnkey tenders is preferred for this role. Strong analytical, costing, and communication skills are a must-have to succeed in this position.,
