Civil Supervisor Drain Construction

As a Construction Supervisor for RCC drains, manholes, culverts, and related civil works, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and timely execution of projects as per requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising the day-to-day execution of drain and utility works at the site. - Ensuring the line, level, slope, and finishing of RCC drains align with the provided drawings. - Monitoring excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and curing activities. - Coordinating with engineers for drawings, material requirements, and inspections. - Maintaining work progress records, managing manpower, and preparing daily site reports. - Ensuring the safety of workers and adherence to quality standards. - Addressing site-level issues, reporting hindrances to the Project/Site Engineer, and guiding workers and subcontractors for effective work. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Strong knowledge of RCC drains, utility works, and civil construction. - Ability to interpret and work with drawings, levels, and cross-sections. - Skills in team handling, leadership, record-keeping, and communication. - Awareness of safety practices in construction environments. Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering (preferred) or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 4 years of experience in drainage/utility/civil works, with a preference for road projects. In this site-based role that may require working outdoors and extended hours based on project needs, you will be provided with food as a benefit. Your work location will be in person.,
