Job Opening: Civil / Structural Site Supervisor (CSA) – Semiconductor Facility, Dholera

5–12 yrs CSA site execution experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily CSA site activities (excavation, concrete, structural steel, finishes, cleanroom envelope).
• Interpret construction drawings & coordinate with MEP/process/tool installation teams.
• Enforce strict QA/QC standards, safety protocols & cleanroom requirements.
• Track progress against schedule; escalate risks and delays proactively.
• Guide subcontractors and foster a safety-first, quality-driven culture.

Key Requirements

• Experience:

  5–12 years in CSA site execution.

• Industry Exposure:

  Semiconductor / Pharma / Data Center projects preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  Drawing interpretation, QA/QC documentation, schedule monitoring (Primavera/MS Project).

• Education:

  Diploma / B.E. in Civil or related.

• Flexibility:

  Open to relocation to

  Dholera

  and rotational/night shifts.
