Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop structural systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and improve project efficiency.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including structural analysis and design.
Experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably in a similar role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, such as CAD and structural analysis tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
