Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Design and develop structural systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and improve project efficiency.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including structural analysis and design.
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies, such as CAD and structural analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
