Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Structural Engineer role based in Chennai. The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and analyzing structural systems, ensuring safety, sustainability, and compliance with industry standards. This role involves preparing detailed calculations, reviewing project drawings, and working closely with project teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality engineering solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Structural Engineering Strong skills in Structural Analysis and Civil Engineering principles Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Prior experience in structural design and construction projects is highly advantageous Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, ETABS) is a plus
