Overview We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget. Duties Manage and supervise civil construction projects from inception to completion Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and architects to ensure project success Monitor construction progress and quality standards on-site Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders Qualifications Proficiency in construction management software such as Autocad proficiency in facade exterior and interior works including ACP and glass works. Experience in managing civil projects including pipelines, contracts, and schematics Strong blueprint reading skills to interpret project requirements accurately Knowledge of construction site operations and safety protocols Ability to lead a team effectively and resolve issues efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Remote (Required) Work Location: In person
