Civil Site Supervisor

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil site supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering projects. Candidates with either a Diploma or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering are welcome to apply. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil works at project sites ensuring quality and adherence to design.
• Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
• Monitor and manage project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations at all project stages.
• Assist in material procurement and resource planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with the project team.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure proper record-keeping.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering Degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects.
• Good technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering software is an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
