JOB DESCRIPTION : We are looking for Civil Site Supervisor / Project Incharge for Civil Turnkey interior Projects with minimum 3-5 yrs. relevant experience in same field. Having hands on working experience in Civil Turnkey Interior Projects Contracting company. Can read & analyze drawings & BOQ. To perform day to day site activities independently. Supervising & instructing construction team as well as sub-contractors. Sound knowledge of various services & MEP works. Having measurement & billing knowledge. Plan & organize resources in advance for the assigned site. Executing all the site work. Coordinate with client, Sub-contractors & suppliers etc. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents & injuries. Maintains material receipt records. Qualification : Civil Diploma / Interior Designing Diploma / Any Graduate Desired profile of the candidate : Person with prior experience & proven track record of executing Civil turnkey interior projects.
