Civil Site Supervisor / Project Incharge

We are seeking a Civil Site Supervisor / Project Incharge for Civil Turnkey interior Projects with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field. You should have hands-on experience working with Civil Turnkey Interior Projects Contracting companies, capable of reading and analyzing drawings & BOQ. Your responsibilities will include independently managing day-to-day site activities, supervising and instructing construction teams and subcontractors, and ensuring site safety rules are followed to minimize accidents and injuries. You must have a sound knowledge of various services & MEP works, measurement & billing processes, and the ability to plan and organize resources in advance for the assigned site. Your duties will involve coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as maintaining material receipt records. The successful candidate should possess a Civil Diploma, Interior Designing Diploma, or any Graduate qualification. The desired candidate will have a proven track record of executing Civil turnkey interior projects, demonstrating the ability to lead a team to meet schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements.
