Job Description :-

• Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed on-site, conducting inspections and ensuring corrective actions are implemented when necessary.
• Workforce Management: Coordinate with site workers and subcontractors, ensuring optimal workforce allocation and productivity.
• Material Management: Oversee the use of materials on-site, ensuring there is no wastage and that supply is in line with project requirements.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers, highlighting key milestones and any issues encountered.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD, Microsoft Word, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in the road, highways, or real estate sector, particularly in site supervision.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering with specialization in Road and Bridge Engineering or a related field.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in project management and engineering software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in highway and road construction projects
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
