Civil Site Supervisor

As a Civil Site Supervisor for a residential construction project in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure timely project completion with quality and safety. Your responsibilities will include supervising on-site construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, maintaining records, conducting inspections, managing timelines, and effectively communicating with project stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction projects. You must have a strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety standards, be proficient in reading drawings and project documentation, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills. Additionally, familiarity with local construction laws, MEP coordination, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD will be advantageous.
