Job summary

The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee and ensure the smooth operation of residential construction sites, coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Monitor daily construction activities and ensure that site operations adhere to project specifications and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest quality of construction work.
• Coordination with Stakeholders: Facilitate effective communication between contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers, highlighting potential risks and proposing solutions.
• Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring materials and labor are utilized efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Software Proficiency: MS-Office

Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in civil site supervision within the real estate or residential sector.
• Education: Graduation in B.Tech/B.E. with specialization in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
