Position Overview We are seeking a Site Supervisor with extensive hands-on experience in interior and finishing works for our showroom project in Sector 17. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all work is executed with the highest quality and in accordance with project drawings, timelines, and specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple finishing activities simultaneously, and excellent coordination skills with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee and monitor all on-site finishing activities such as: Partition wall installations (gypsum, glass, or other materials) POP work and false ceiling executions Painting (interior & exterior), polishing, and texture finishing Plumbing and sanitary fittings for washrooms and pantry areas Electrical fitting alignments (in coordination with MEP teams) Flooring works, skirting, and tiling Door frame and shutter installations Fixture and hardware installation Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with project specifications and approved drawings. Maintain a high standard of site cleanliness and orderliness throughout the finishing stage. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to align deliveries, manpower, and execution schedules. Conduct daily inspections and quality checks to ensure seamless finish and adherence to architectural intent. Report progress, delays, and site issues to project managers in a timely and structured manner. Supervise labor and ensure safety practices are maintained at all times. Liaise with architects, engineers, and consultants when clarification is required on drawings or execution details. Key Skills & Competencies:Solid understanding of finishing materials, techniques, and sequence of work. Capable of identifying finishing defects and ensuring timely rectification. Strong interpersonal and site coordination skills. Firm grasp of basic construction mathematics and measurement calculations. Ability to plan, prioritize and multitask under pressure. Professional attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Mandatory Technical Requirement:The candidate must possess a firm understanding of construction measurements and should be proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and working drawings. Ability to translate drawings into site-level execution steps is non-negotiable. Note: Reading and interpreting construction drawings is a core skill required for this role. Any candidate unable to demonstrate this competency during the selection process will be automatically disqualified from further consideration.Experience & Qualification:Minimum 3-5 years of site supervision experience in finishing works (commercial/retail spaces preferred). Education: Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or equivalent field. Candidates with strong practical site experience may also be considered.
