Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer – Civil who will be responsible for preparing and managing project billing and estimation tasks across multiple construction sites. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in civil construction workflows and must have a solid grasp of quantity surveying, estimation techniques, standard measurement practices, and billing processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare RA (Running Account) and final bills based on site progress. Ensure timely and accurate submission of client and subcontractor bills. Conduct quantity take-offs and estimations from drawings, BOQs, and site data. Verify measurements from site and coordinate with site engineers for approvals. Apply relevant formulas accurately for concrete, plaster, steel, and other civil items. Maintain and update billing records, reconciliation statements, and work orders. Position Overview We are seeking a Site Supervisor with extensive hands-on experience in interior and finishing works for our showroom project in Sector 17. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all work is executed with the highest quality and in accordance with project drawings, timelines, and specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple finishing activities simultaneously, and excellent coordination skills with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in high-rise or large-scale RCC structure execution using Mivan technology, along with solid skills in estimation, planning, and site coordination . The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects within defined timelines, budgets, and quality parameters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execution Management Lead complete site execution activities for Mivan-structured buildings including structure, finishing, waterproofing, and external façade works . Supervise and coordinate all site activities ensuring strict adherence to design, safety, and quality standards. Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports against the master schedule. Ensure correct implementation of shuttering sequence (core wall, slabs, and columns) and proper alignment during striking and fixing. Conduct technical inspections and ensure zero rework through pre-pour and post-pour quality checks. 2. Mivan Formwork & Structural Supervision Thorough knowledge of Mivan system components (panels, wall ties, beam bottom panels, kickers, pin & wedge system, etc.). Plan Mivan cycle timelines (7-day or 10-day cycles) and optimize shutter reuse efficiency. Supervise the erection, alignment, and dismantling of Mivan formwork, ensuring safety and precision. Verify that reinforcement, plumbing sleeves, and electrical conduits are integrated correctly before pour. Manage concrete pouring activities — including RMC coordination, cube testing, slump checks, and curing schedules. 3. Estimation & Cost Control Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for structural and finishing works. Validate subcontractor bills and verify quantities as per site execution. Identify cost-saving measures and prevent material wastage through efficient planning. Prepare material requisitions and forecast consumption to ensure uninterrupted workflow. 4. Planning & Coordination Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams to resolve on-site technical issues.
