Execution Management Lead complete site execution activities for Mivan-structured buildings including structure, finishing, waterproofing, and external façade works . Supervise and coordinate all site activities ensuring strict adherence to design, safety, and quality standards. Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports against the master schedule. Ensure correct implementation of shuttering sequence (core wall, slabs, and columns) and proper alignment during striking and fixing. Conduct technical inspections and ensure zero rework through pre-pour and post-pour quality checks. 2. Mivan Formwork & Structural Supervision Thorough knowledge of Mivan system components (panels, wall ties, beam bottom panels, kickers, pin & wedge system, etc.).
