Salyas Construction is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Site Engineer to manage on-site construction work, supervise labor, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities: Monitor daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of civil work. Supervise contractors, laborers, and work progress. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and suppliers. Maintain safety and quality standards on site. Prepare daily reports and update project timelines. Ensure material usage and labor work are within budget and quality expectations. Requirements: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 1–10 years of experience in building construction preferred. Strong knowledge of site execution, layout, and construction practices. Basic understanding of AutoCAD, MS Office, and civil drawings. Good communication and team management skill
