Civil site Engineer-Quality

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Review and interpret construction plans and specifications for quality requirements. Monitor the materials and construction methods to ensure they meet specified standards. Coordinate with project managers, contractors to resolve quality-related issues. Prepare quality control reports, manuals, and maintain records of inspections and tests. Implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures on-site. Conduct training sessions for site personnel on quality and safety procedures. Assist in third-party inspections and audits as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes, and regulations. Experience with quality management systems and methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
