Civil Site Engineer

As a Project Manager based in Navi Mumbai, your role involves planning and executing projects, monitoring progress, estimating works, and liaising with clients and local authorities. Your key responsibilities include: - Planning, coordinating, and supervising technical aspects of construction projects. - Solving technical issues, providing advice, and preparing reports. - Conducting setting out, levelling, and surveying of the site. - Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy. - Supervising contracted staff and ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and timescales. - Providing technical advice, solving problems on site, and preparing reports. - Ensuring compliance with EHS norms and preparing cost estimates. - Managing materials, tools, and supplier contracts effectively. - Organizing training sessions, attending project review meetings, and delivering presentations. - Maintaining quality and adherence to best construction practices. - Ensuring accurate documentation, record-keeping, and valuation entries. Additionally, you will be responsible for proper site management, timely report submissions, client visits, compliance with local regulations, minimizing material wastage, and any other assigned tasks. Skills Required: - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office. - Ability to work with MS Project/Primavera and CAD software tools. Qualification: - BE (Civil) / Diploma with 8 to 10 years of experience.
