Position: Civil Site Engineer Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 years Location: Bap, Jaisalmer (Accommodation Provided) Joining: Urgent About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-ground construction activities, ensure timely project execution, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and the project team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, material management, and structural execution as per drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities : Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, labor teams, and project managers. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at the site. Monitor material usage, maintain stock records, and verify material quality upon arrival. Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, and documentation. Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines. Resolve technical issues on-site and provide practical construction solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 4–5 years of proven experience in site execution of civil projects. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, structure works, and measurement techniques. Understanding of quality control, safety protocols, and construction materials. Good communication and team coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage site activities efficiently.
