Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Residential projects Develop architectural designs, construction drawings, and technical specifications. Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate engineering systems into building designs. Apply knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards to ensure compliance. Perform site analysis and space planning based on project requirements. Use CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to produce accurate drawings and models. Participate in design review meetings and provide technical input throughout all phases of the project. Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimation in coordination with the project team. Coordinate with MEP and structural engineers for integrated design solutions. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
