Position: Civil Site Engineer – Execution

Qualification: Diploma (Civil) / B.Tech (Civil)
Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹70,000 CTC (All Inclusive)
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Experience Required:

• Total experience: 8–9 years

• Mandatory: 3–4 years of experience in Power Plant Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise civil works at site as per project plan

• Monitor progress, ensure timely completion & resolve site issues

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project management teams

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards

• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

• Manage manpower and material planning

• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project timelines

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil execution, shuttering, concreting, foundations

• Experience in Power Plant civil works

• Ability to interpret drawings & site specifications

• Good communication and team coordination skills

• Problem-solving and site management capabilities
