Civil Site Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer Location: Hoodi Main Rd, Opposite Krishna Community Hall, 4th Block, Ayyappa Nagar, Bangalore Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month (based on last CTC and experience) Gender Preference: Male Candidates Preferred Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to handle a wide range of tasks. This role requires active involvement in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects while maintaining quality, safety, and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities: Design, plan, and oversee construction projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and other infrastructure. Prepare and review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications. Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements. Monitor project progress and ensure all construction activities are on schedule. Ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations. Prepare and submit project documentation, reports, and cost estimates. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors for smooth execution of projects. Solve engineering problems and provide technical solutions on-site. Maintain project quality standards and ensure that the construction is in line with plans and specifications. Estimate material and labor costs, and monitor budget to avoid overruns. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and other site staff. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience as a Civil Engineer (2+ years preferred). Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, materials, and construction methods. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering software. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Knowledge of local building codes and construction standards. Site management experience is an advantage. Additional Information: Location: Hoodi Main Rd, Opposite Krishna Community Hall, 4th Block, Ayyappa Nagar, Bangalore (Transportation assistance may be provided if needed). Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 per month, based on last CTC and experience. Gender Preference: Male Candidates preferred due to the nature of the role and team requirements. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
