About the Role:
We are hiring experienced Subject Experts to join our academic team for teaching and mentoring students preparing for competitive exams including UPSC, TNPSC, TNUSRB, and Defence Services (SSB, NDA, CDS).
Exam Categories & Subjects:
UPSC (IAS, IPS, IFS, etc.):
History, Geography, Polity, Economics, Science & Tech, CSAT, Current Affairs
TNPSC (Group I, II, IV):
Tamil, General Studies, Indian Polity, History, Geography, Aptitude, Science
TNUSRB (SI, Police Constable):
General Knowledge, Current Affairs, Psychology, Law, Logical Reasoning
Defence (SSB, NDA, CDS):
General Awareness, English, Mathematics, Reasoning, Personality Development
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver structured, syllabus-aligned lessons (online and offline)
Prepare quality content: teaching materials, handouts, mock tests
Evaluate student progress and offer academic guidance
Support interview preparation for SSB and other mains/interview rounds
Keep track of syllabus changes and exam patterns
Participate in faculty meetings and demo sessions when needed
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 10 years in coaching for competitive exams
Expertise: Strong command of subject content aligned with the latest exam patterns
Mode of Teaching: Comfortable teaching both online and in classrooms
Skills: Effective communication, mentoring ability, and classroom engagement
