Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise civil construction activities at the site including:

Land grading and site preparation
Excavation and backfilling
Foundations for MMS (Module Mounting Structures), inverter rooms, transformers, and other equipment
Boundary wall construction, internal roads, stormwater drains, and other infrastructure work
Cable trenching and RCC works

Ensure compliance with approved civil drawings, technical specifications, and project quality plans.
Conduct inspections at key stages and maintain detailed quality records, including checklists, site logs, and test reports.
Review and verify construction materials and workmanship per IS/BIS codes and project standards.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, site civil teams, and third-party inspectors for routine QA/QC inspections.
Review and approve method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality-related documents.
Support the Quality Head in preparing and submitting quality reports, audit findings, and compliance documentation.
Facilitate quality awareness and compliance at the site level through toolbox talks and guidance to site teams.
Technical Skills
:

Strong understanding of civil QA/QC practices and IS/BIS standards
Experience with RCC, foundations, roadworks, and cable trenching
Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and QA/QC documentation

Soft Skills
:

Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
Willingness to travel and stay at remote project locations across Pan India
