Civil Project Manager Drainage Works

The Project Manager RCC Drain will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of RCC drainage projects. Your role involves managing resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality, safety, and timelines align with contractual requirements. You will be responsible for preparing detailed project plans, supervising all phases of RCC drain construction, and ensuring project execution aligns with design specifications and client expectations. Leading and managing site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will monitor daily construction activities, coordinate with surveyors for drain alignment, and solve site issues to ensure productivity. You will coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely availability of construction materials and quality assurance. Strict adherence to QA/QC standards and implementation of safety protocols will be essential to maintain quality and safety compliance. As a Project Manager, you will conduct progress review meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Providing regular updates, handling site inspections, and approvals from authorities will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining project documentation, supporting the billing team with accurate measurements, and BOQ updates will be necessary tasks. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, 6-10 years of experience in RCC drain or similar civil infrastructure projects, proficiency in project management tools, and construction documentation. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in drainage projects. The work location is remote.,
