Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute civil construction and maintenance projects as per design and safety standards.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and work schedules for ongoing and new civil projects.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
• Review structural drawings, layouts, and coordinate with consultants and internal teams.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
• Maintain all site documentation, work permits, and daily progress reports.
• Monitor project budgets and resource utilization effectively.
• Ensure implementation of safety standards and environmental guidelines at work sites.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of civil construction, estimation, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
• Ability to manage contractors, manpower, and timelines.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
