• End-to-end execution of corporate office interior projects.
• Managing civil works, partitions, gypsum, flooring, false ceiling, joinery & finishing activities.
• Coordination with architects, clients, consultants & vendors.
• Ensure drawings, BOQ, approvals & site activities match project specifications.
• Prepare project timelines, weekly work schedules & progress reporting.
• Monitor manpower deployment & daily execution progress.
• Ensure strict quality benchmarks for premium corporate interiors.
• Implement and monitor all safety standards at site.
• Track material requirements and approvals.
• Manage subcontractor work, productivity & deliverables.
• Support billing documentation and site measurements.
• Handle client meetings, site walkthroughs & issue resolutions.
• Share daily/weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
