Part-Time: Civil Site Instructor (Remote)

Compensation: 20,000/month Type: Part-time (contract)

Location: On-site Hyderabad (India, IST)

Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu

Role Summary:

Deliver live online/offline classes that make civil engineering students site-ready for internships.

Teach practical site execution, run doubt-clearing sessions, and mentor learners to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

Teach live online modules on site setup, drawings, formwork/shuttering, rebar & BBS basics, concreting/curing, masonry/plaster, waterproofing, finishing, safety, QA/QC, survey/levels, DPRs, and basic BOQ/quantity take-off.

Create concise lesson plans, checklists, case studies, and short assessments.

Conduct doubt-clearing and 1:1 mentoring; track progress and readiness.

Use Zoom/Teams, Google Classroom, and basic Excel/AutoCAD (reading) for instruction and evaluation.

Coordinate with the program team to align outcomes with internship expectations.

Requirements:

B.E/B.Tech (Civil) with 2+ years of hands-on execution experience.

Strong practical knowledge of method statements, QA/QC, safety, DPRs.

Need an understanding of Primavera and Revit.

Comfortable reading drawings (AutoCAD) and using Excel for take-offs/checklists.

Excellent communication; fluent English, Hindi, Telugu (spoken & written).

Reliable laptop, webcam, mic, and stable high-speed internet.

Schedule & Pay:

20,000/month (all-inclusive), hybrid.
