Role & responsibilities : Skills : Exposure in Civil work. Exposure in working with contractors in construction companies. Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities (Should be a Part of the KRA for Variable Pay) Monitoring, Supervising, Inspection at Construction Site Manpower Management. Overseeing the coordination of construction civil works with priorities and plans Ensuring maximum output from manpower Coordination & Scheduling of Labour, Equipment & Material Planning, supervision & monitoring of site execution activities. Co-ordination with PM & Site Engineers for upcoming execution planning Develop team & maximize productivity of Labour.
