Civil Finishing Engineer / Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, doors & windows, and other architectural finishes. Ensure finishing work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and material specifications. Coordinate with interior vendors, MEP teams, and civil contractors to ensure seamless integration of works. Monitor quality, workmanship, and adherence to safety regulations on-site. Plan and schedule finishing activities based on project timelines and resources. Conduct regular site inspections, snag identification, and timely rectification for handover readiness. Validate and approve material samples and mock-ups with consultants and clients where required. Maintain daily progress records, quality checklists, and site documentation. Support billing and measurement verification for subcontractor works. Liaise with purchase and stores team for timely material availability. Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. 4-12 years of hands-on experience in finishing work execution for large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional projects. Excellent knowledge of finishing materials, specifications, application techniques, and market standards. Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and execution capability. Proficiency in reading architectural and service drawings. Working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
